Molly Blakeley

Resilience, Reinvention & What It Really Takes

As our keynote speaker, Molly Blakeley turned her last $150 into Molly Bz — now sold in all 50 states and 4 countries, featured on QVC and major media. From launching 13 businesses to building a national brand, she shows how resilience, creativity, and bold decision-making fuel long-term success. Learn how to pivot with confidence, lead through uncertainty, and build a business that lasts.

After 30 years as a small business owner in the food and beverage industry, Molly made one wrong move and found herself a single mom down to her last $150 in a tiny town in Alaska. She used her knowledge and started making gourmet cookies. Just three years later, Molly Bz became a national brand and was valued at $20 million in seven years. Molly Bz cookies have appeared in major moments and media — used for the Emmys, Oscars, and Grammy bags, featured on Wheel of Fortune, in movies, and more. Molly is a published author, inventor, CEO, speaker, and mom.
